As she has been here she has made Emmy a night gown - out of a pillowcase. My cousin had a link on her blog to a pattern made out of pillowcases - since I don't sew my sister is making them. I just put the first one on Emmy...so cute!!
I have been thinking about talents a lot. How blessed we all are when we use our talents not just for us. I have been on the receiving end of a lot of people's talents lately. It has inspired me to want to reach out...and develop more talents.
I taught on Sunday. I was so nervous the whole week before. It doesn't get any easier on my nerves...I'm starting to wonder if it ever will. But it was fun to have my sister come...she sang for my lesson. It was so nice of her! I sprung it on her when she got here on Friday. Nice of me, I know.
Life has been quite busy with 5 kids running around the house. I haven't had a chance to blog much...but that isn't a bad thing. I like being busy. It is so good for me. I have been in a sad place since Declan's six month mark.
*sigh*
I don't have a lot to say...which I know is amazing. I am tired and struggling with my thoughts. But I am grateful that my sister is here. It has been a rough couple of weeks.
